A British-style pub. In Val-David.

Two brothers at the centre of it: Mike in the kitchen, Tim at the bar. Val-David's pub and restaurant, in the Laurentians: short menu, food made on site, properly poured pints, private imports. La Presse called it a pub of the highest order. We'll keep doing simple and good.
