Mike is in the kitchen. Tim is at the bar. The rest of the family co-owns it too, and keeps the place running with the team: the rooms, the glasses, the desserts, the little details you only notice when they're done right.

The brother at the bar and on the floor. More often than not, he's the one who greets you, pours your pint, and tells you where the wine comes from.
Co-owner. She looks after the welcome and the team, so every visit runs smoothly, from the first hello to the last goodbye.
