The brother in the kitchen. He keeps the menu short and makes all of it in house, from the marinades to the desserts. When a special shows up at night, it's because one of our farms dropped off something worth cooking.

Mike is in the kitchen. Tim is at the bar. The rest of the family co-owns it too, and keeps the place running with the team: the rooms, the glasses, the desserts, the little details you only notice when they're done right.
